- Spanish/English bilingual (required—you'll work directly with Spanish-speaking clients)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with ease
- Legal document, research, or case management experience a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Legal Research & Writing: investigate case law, regulations, and public records; draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence
- File Management: maintain organized physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Case & Trial Preparation: manage and redact discovery, summarize depositions, and compile trial notebooks and exhibits
- Client & Witness Communication: liaise between lawyers, clients, and experts; schedule interviews and gather witness affidavits

We’re seeking an experienced Immigration Trial Attorney to join our dedicated team at Suday Law. If you thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment and are passionate about advocating for immigrants’ rights, we’d love to connect.
What We're Looking For
- Significant immigration court experience (removal proceedings, bond hearings, individual merits hearings)
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Proven client advocacy and courtroom presence
- Ability to manage heavy caseloads and meet strict deadlines
- Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Trial Preparation & Litigation: prepare and present cases before Immigration Judges, including drafting motions, legal briefs, and applications for relief
- Client Advocacy: represent clients in removal proceedings, asylum interviews, bond hearings, and appeals; provide compassionate, zealous advocacy

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' help desk or IT support experience
- Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, VPNs, and basic networking
- Strong customer-service skills and clear communication
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic endpoint security
- Document incidents, escalate complex issues, and train staff on best practices
- Troubleshoot network, VPN, email, and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and common legal software
Compensation
$36,000 – $60,000

Software Engineer
