About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated law clerk to join our team. This position is open to current law students and offers hands-on experience supporting attorneys through legal research, document preparation, court filings and deliveries, case organization, and other legal support tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to gain practical experience in a legal environment.

We’re hiring for a Case Manager to lead our Immigration Court team. This person will oversee a team of supervisors and paralegals, serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, and ensure coverage and quality of service across all active Court cases.
This position is aimed at an applicant that has three or more years of experience as a Paralegal.

Job REsponsibilities
- Direct and monitor Court supervisors and paralegals, including performance evaluations, workload metrics, deadlines, and protocol compliance.
- Manage client complaints, escalations, ethical or performance concerns, refunds, and coordination with the Legal Director.
- Coordinate attorney availability, case assignments, coverage, reassignments, and review of critical or high-risk cases.
- Lead supervisor meetings and serve as liaison among Intake, Sales, Billing, IT, leadership, and outside counsel.

- Significant immigration court experience (removal proceedings, bond hearings, individual merits hearings)
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Proven client advocacy and courtroom presence
- Ability to manage heavy caseloads and meet strict deadlines
- Spanish is a requirement for communication with client base

- Trial Preparation & Litigation: prepare and present cases before Immigration Judges, including drafting motions, legal briefs, and applications for relief
