His career spans complex federal and state court litigation and high-stakes immigration defense, earning him a reputation as the attorney people call when the outcome truly matters.

David is an accomplished immigration lawyer who focuses on removal defense. He represents individuals and families in immigration court with skill, heart, and grit—successfully helping many clients obtain asylum and stay in the United States. Before dedicating much of his practice to immigration, David built a distinguished career in civil litigation. He has represented individuals, businesses, and government agencies in tort, commercial, employment, and civil rights matters in both state and federal court—including oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. This high-level litigation background gives him an edge in immigration court, where strong legal arguments and courtroom confidence make all the difference.

Previously, he was the Head Attorney of the Business and Civil Litigation Department at The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC. He earned his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from Boston University. He is licensed in Texas and admitted to multiple federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
