In 2016, Mr. Berrios was admitted to the Florida Bar and in 2017 he relocated from Puerto Rico to the mainland United States.

In 2018, Mr. Berrios transitioned into the field of Immigration Law which provided him with the opportunity to represent individuals before the Immigration Court and U.S.C.I.S involving matters such as Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, Waivers, Citizenship, and Immigration Bond in states like New York, California, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, and Texas.

Mr. Berrios has been a zealous advocate for Immigrant rights in the courtroom and before U.S.C.I.S. for more than eight years and throughout multiple states. His background and experience in multiple fields of law has provided him with a unique perspective that has helped him become the type of advocate that not only represents his clients, but is able to help them understand their cases in a way they would not otherwise be able to, which foments a rapport with his clients that makes them feel like they are not alone in their process. As part of Suday Law, PLLC, Mr. Berrios applies his many years of experience when appearing on behalf of clients before Immigration Court and USCIS so they can feel secure that they are well informed while maintaining clear goals in their immigration journey.
