Originally from Romania, she obtained her law degree in her home country and subsequently earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York, graduating Cum Laude and being recognized on the Dean’s List, distinctions that reflect her academic excellence and commitment to the highest professional standards.
Before joining Suday Law, she successfully represented clients in deportation proceedings, USCIS applications, and other highly complex immigration cases. She was also part of the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County, where she worked alongside criminal defense attorneys representing non-citizen individuals, strengthening her experience at the intersection of criminal law and immigration law and developing comprehensive legal strategies from the outset of each case.
